🚚 Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Most orders are shipped via USPS.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lisamariesbeauty7@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
🌍 Shipping Information
Shipping times may vary for international orders. Orders shipped outside the United States may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes, however some carriers may have limitations. If an issue arises, we will contact you directly.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at lisamariesbeauty7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
